Refund Policy

At Pixelcraft Design Studios Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital solutions and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services — which involve significant time, strategy, and creative effort — our refund policy is structured as follows:

  1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

    • Project Initiation: If a project has not yet started (i.e., no design or development work has been performed), a full refund may be granted minus any administrative or consultation fees.

 

    • In Progress: If a project is underway, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

 

  • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

 

  1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

For digital tools, licenses, or subscription-based services (e.g., monthly SEO, hosting, or maintenance plans):

  • Monthly Services: Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered in the current billing period.
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds may be issued for the unused portion of the subscription upon written request, minus any early termination fees (if applicable).

 

  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom design and development work already completed
  • Paid third-party tools or licenses purchased on behalf of the client
  • Marketing campaign budgets already spent (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Rush fees and expedited service charges

 

  1. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, we encourage you to contact our support team at info@pixelcraftdesignstudiosinc.com within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll make every effort to resolve concerns through revisions or credit toward future services.
